1-888-OHIOCOMP has entered into a partnership with Concentra Health Services and negotiated discounts below BWC's fee schedule. Concentra, a subsidiary of Human Inc., is a national health care company that provides primary, preventive, urgent, and occupational care through more than 310 national medical centers, and 250 worksite facilities. Founded in 1979, Concentra is focused on improving America's health, one patient at a time.

Out of state workers? Call first!

At 1-888-OHIOCOMP, many of our clients have employees that cross state lines to do work in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, West Virginia and Indiana. The coverage rules are constantly changing and can be complicated and confusing. We work with out-of-state employers to make sure they understand BWC and other states' coverage requirements.

Ohio will cover employees out-of-state through C-110 coverage. Unfortunately, other jurisdictions do not have to recognize these agreements and can require employers to obtain coverage for work performed in their states. Many states are no longer honoring coverage from other jurisdictions when an injury occurs in their state. If you are going to have an employee work in another state and you want them covered under Ohio workers' compensation, please make sure that the employee has signed a C-110. While Ohio will recognize this agreement, the other state(s) with jurisdiction over a claim may not recognize the terms of the agreement.
